Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (walk length, walks per day, days per week, number of dogs, prices, discount, monthly budget, walker names with prices, ratings, insurance and update answers, dates, weekdays, leave and return times, dog size, age, energy level and flat-faced yes/no, your first name, your dog's name and optional notes for a draft message) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). Tool results contain only computed costs, rankings, times, dates, general guidance and draft text built from those values. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking, no location or GPS.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We never contact walkers or send your messages. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; avoid including addresses, door codes or details you do not want processed. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
